The work culture in some of the companies and organisations that I have been is reflected in the attitudes and behaviors of its leadership towards subordinates. However when I entered Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®), it is totally different in all many ways. Everyone in Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) is so full of synergy and assumed proactive behaviors towards work, and this facilitated a positive attitude, leadership and greater confidence in every task which is ahead of them.

During this period of entrepreneurship in Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®), I have learnt and taught through good coaching skills on different sales concept and handling dire situation which I have never experienced before. Practicing work place ethics and setting goals which we will reviewed and strategies regularly to make sure we meet them.
